Born from the Irish landscape

These flower essences never felt like something I decided to create.

Each flower called to be made in its own time.

Growing quietly in the hedgerows, fields and gardens of Ireland, each carries its own unique wisdom and invitation. Together they form a complete system of emotional and energetic support, encouraging us back into connection with ourselves, with nature and with the quiet wisdom that already exists within us.

Every flower is approached with gratitude and respect. Permission is always asked before harvesting, only a small number of flowers are gathered, and each plant is thanked for sharing its medicine.

The essences are prepared using the traditional Bach method, harnessing the energies of sun and moon to capture the unique vibrational imprint of each flower. Crystal and Reiki energy are also lovingly incorporated into the process, creating flower essences of exceptional quality and intention.

What are flower essences?

Flower essences are gentle vibrational preparations that work with the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Rather than working through the chemistry of the plant, flower essences carry the energetic imprint of the flower itself, gently encouraging balance, insight, emotional resilience and reconnection with our authentic selves. They are subtle, yet often profoundly supportive, making them a beautiful addition to many holistic practices including kinesiology, herbal medicine, coaching, counselling, bodywork and energy therapies.

Each Spiral Soul Flower Essence is handcrafted using Irish wild or organically grown flowers, filtered water and brandy as a natural preservative.

Please note: Flower essences are not herbal tinctures or drugs. They work in a potent, yet gentle and subtle, manner which supports and encourages your own emotional healing resources to rise up to achieve wholeness, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and a fullness of living. You may feel the benefits immediately, however often the effect is cumulative.

Flower essences are not aromatherapy, they smell of the brandy in which they are preserved.

Legal note: People with a history of allergy and sensitivities are advised to use caution with any products containing ingredients that you are not familiar with. While this product is made responsibly and should be safe for almost everyone it is possible to have a reaction to almost anything. Typically, if you’re concerned about sensitivity you should check the ingredient list, do a small test, and only continue to use it if you like how it works for you. Keep in mind that flower essences rarely but occasionally bring us unexpected feelings that have been known to trigger people with certain sensitivities. If you keep taking the flower essence and allow yourself to feel and release the feelings, it should clear out in a day or two. If your discomfort is too much, stop taking this essence for a couple of days then try again at less frequent intervals or try a different approach.
