Cheeky Chai

A beautiful blend of delicious spices to add to warm milk, tea, coffee or just to hot water to create a warm and comforting drink. Packed with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom… each spice brings its own wealth of health benefits, e.g. protecting the heart and circulatory system, supporting blood sugar control, reducing inflammation, being antiviral and protecting against free radicals. Golden milk

Delicious Golden Milk has been used for centuries in the Ayurvedic tradition.
